The Counseling practice of

Joel D. Walton, M.A., LMFT

For today’s Christian, finding the right counselor can often be difficult. Ideally you want someone who understands and shares your faith while also supports your individual life’s journey. The primary focus of my counseling practice is to offer the Christian community culturally sensitive counseling that honors their faith but isn’t authoritative, controlling, or judgmental.

For more information about me, please checkout my ABOUT page, review the FAQ section, and read my article on the “7-Myths of Christian Counseling” to better understand if today’s Christian counseling is right for you.
